Without the constraints of a table frame, the Teeter Hang Ups Inversion Bar provides the fit and flexible user with the sensation of free-hanging, full inversion. Intended for use with gravity boots, the telescoping design allows you to mount your Teeter Hang Ups Inversion Bar into a solid wood door frame between 28 and 32.7 inches. Features locking brackets so you can securely snap your Teeter Hang Ups Inversion Bar into place or easily remove it for storage after use. The Teeter Hang Ups Inversion Bar's single bar frame requires you to fold in half at the waist for full inversion and easy mounting and dismounting. Securely fastened into the wall, the Teeter Hang Ups Inversion Bar can hold a maximum user weight of up to 250 pounds. Padded with foam grips to provide you with a comfortable visual marker, the foam grips are cushioned to absorb moisture from the surface and create a non-slip surface for mounting and dismounting. The Teeter Hang Ups Inversion Bar requires gravity boots for proper use.
